Career Compass & Academic Guidance
Recognizing that lack of exposure hinders promising students from vulnerable communities, we structured the Career Compass mentorship program, led by senior educators Irfan Ahmad and Sohail Ahmed, to clarify career choices and stream options.
Free Eye Camps & Cataract Surgeries
Deployed qualified optometrists and partner clinical teams into underserved rural pockets across Rampur and UP West. We established free screening camps, diagnostic evaluations, clinical referrals, and 100% sponsored cataract surgeries.
Sewing Machine Support Programme
Formulated our verified 5-stage delivery model (Identify → Verify → Sponsor → Distribute → Follow-up). Supplying heavy-duty sewing machines to women from marginalized households to facilitate sustainable home-based earning.
Emergency Relief & Community Rehabilitation
Mobilized emergency ration kits, shelter materials, and medical support for crisis-hit households. We ensure families transition smoothly from emergency relief to long-term economic recovery and educational continuity.
